Our passionate artisans, craftsmen, and designers have been ensuring each client's vision come to life.

We are on the search for a passionate sales team member to join us in our blinds and shutters sales team group. Our IDEAL candidate loves short-term sales cycles and making clients happy. You are highly driven and love the WIN!

YOUR GOAL

• Conduct client home consultations and close sales of window blinds and shutters, with company provided leads.
• Present our products as the solution to client product requests
• Using our technology-based tools, you will create proposals and close the sale during the in-home consultation

YOUR TOOLS

(Job Requirements)

• 1+ years experience in outside sales
• 1+ years experience with in-home sales
• Experience with sales of home products
• Technology savvy
• Knowledge of interior window treatment products is a huge plus!
• Documented success, i.e., specific data on your closure rates, awards won, achievements, etc.

GENEROUS INDUSTRY COMP PLAN

• 10% commission on sales subtotals
• Base pay of $1,350, paid twice monthly
• $300 per month for expenses
